Lyons Creek Middle School (often referred to as Lyons Creek, or LCMS for short) is a public middle school located in Coconut Creek, Florida, USA.[1] Lyons Creek is a part of the Broward County Public Schools system, and serves neighborhoods in Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, and Pompano Beach.

As of 2009, the enrollment is 2,137,[2] and the school principal is Washington Collado.[3] LCMS is a Micro-society business and entrepreneurial magnet school,[4] and operates on a six period schedule, with school starting at 9:30A.M. and ending at 4:00P.M. Lyons Creek has an FCAT school grade of "A" for the 2008-2009 academic year.[5]

Boys and Girls Soccer- The boys team is coached by Coach Bernasconi and the girls team is coached by Coach Whitely.

Boys and Girls Basketball- The boys team is coached by Coach Zielske and the girls team is coached by Coach Ellick

Flag Football-DIscountiued sport. Boys team was coached by Coach Fletcher, girls team was coached by Coach Brooks

Track and Field- Coached by Social Studies teacher Mr. Folles with the season beginning March 8
